I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. My research interests are in urban economics, household finance, public economics, and applied econometrics. In my Job Market Paper, I use large-scale parcel and credit microdata to study the financial effects of rent control.

Before starting my PhD, I spent several years working across government, academia, consulting, and the private sector in Argentina, using causal inference, forecasting, and machine learning to address policy and business questions in areas including education, labor markets, taxation, and business regulation.

Most recently, I worked as a Data scientist intern at Netflix, where I designed and validated metrics to measure the impact of advertising on member experience.
